The San Francesco area is among the most "genuine" of the city, the least contaminated by mass tourism. Near the apartment there is a supermarket, small traditional groceries and local shops that are unique in Venice. SMOKING IN THE HOUSE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
 PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY BY AGREEMENT
 WE REMEMBER THAT
 1) Upon arrival, it is necessary to show the identity documents of all guests to our check-in staff
 2) It is essential to reduce the noise to a minimum in order not to disturb the occupants of the neighboring properties, especially during the night hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
 3) Late check-in from 19.30 to 23.00 has an extra charge of € 30, after 11.00 to 1.00 € 50.00 after this time entry is not guaranteed
 5) On the day of departure it is forbidden to leave garbage bags outside or inside the apartment.  In Venice, waste is collected only in the morning, except on Sundays.  Please strictly follow the instructions given by our reception staff.  If we find bags of waste inside the apartment, € 20 will be charged in Venice IT IS FORBIDDEN to leave the rubbish outside the buildings in case we are notified a fee of € 100 will be charged and
 these amounts will be withheld from the security deposit
 6) Whenever the Guests leave the apartment it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed in order to ensure the safety of the property.
 7) At check out, please turn off all lights, turn off the air conditioning in summer and turn down the heating in winter to ensure energy savings.
 8) All damages and breakages must be reported immediately to the reception manager.
 9) Linen and sheets are provided, in case of any shortcomings verified at check out the cost of the linen will be charged.
