Ca' Nicolò

Ca Nicolò is an apartment located on the Lido of Venice near the beach but from the window to the extraordinary view of the lagoon.
The entrance is independent and has a small garden which is not for exclusive use but for shared use. The apartment is comfortable and bright.
You can easily reach the means near the bus stop or by car coming by ferry.
Composed of a small entrance with desk, double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen / living area spacious and equipped with everything you need to prepare excellent lunches or snacks.
The sofa bed for the two more people is located in the dining room.
The Lido of Venice, famous throughout the world for being the seat of the prestigious International Film Festival which is held every year, from the late 1930s to today.
The historic center, with its characteristic evening walk between clubs and open-air bars, is made even more fascinating by the numerous Art Nouveau houses that overlook private flower gardens.
The presence of roads that can be traveled by car, will also give you the great advantage of being able to access the apartment with your own means, a ferry connects the Lido to the mainland and vice versa.
The proximity to the beach makes it possible for our guests a cultural holiday but also of total relaxation where they can explore the various opportunities offered by this strip of land from the free sandy beaches of San Nicolò and Alberoni, to the natural fauna of the sand and golden dunes up to to the Murazzi rocks, after crossing the equipped beaches characterized by typical huts.
